A SUSTAINABLE SHOWHOUSE AT THE DARIEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION PRESENTED BY CTC&G

Welcome! The Darien Community Association is proud to present The 203 Project!

We invited local designers, sponsors and special partners to take the DCA from house to home by giving interior and exterior spaces a “glow up” and opening its doors to the wider community.

Uniquely focused on sustainability and community, The 203 Project challenged designers to embrace existing floor plans and layer new furniture along with reimagined and repurposed pieces to create sophisticated and communal spaces that will remain and leave a lasting impact on the community. Local designers, brands, and partners collaborated to create a once-in-a-lifetime community initiative.

Join us for the unveiling of the DCA’s Sustainable Showhouse and experience this once in a lifetime community initiative. Stop by anytime between 10am-12pm for a self-guided tour through the newly and beautifully decorated mansion and gardens of this historic property, which have been refreshed and reimagined by top, local designers. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea and water in our Garden Wing cafe.

Friday Showhouse Tour and Cafe Lunch
12:00 – 2:00PM
Join us for a delightful afternoon at the DCA’s Sustainable Showhouse. Your journey will begin with a self-guided tour of the newly and beautifully decorated mansion and gardens of this historic property, which have been refreshed and reimagined by top, local designers. Following your tour, enjoy a delicious lunch and complimentary cocktail in our Garden Wing cafe and a presentation by P. Andre Arguimbau, owner of Northeast Woodworking and his father, Darien native and Master painter, Peter Arguimbau. They will discuss their passion for local nautical history, sustainability in woodworking and wood procurement and the importance of community in building your business.

Join us for the unveiling of the DCA’s Sustainable Showhouse and experience this once in a lifetime community initiative. Stop by anytime between 2pm-4pm for a self-guided tour through the newly and beautifully decorated mansion and gardens of this historic property, which have been refreshed and reimagined by top, local designers. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea and water in our Garden Wing cafe.

Join us for a delightful afternoon at the DCA’s Sustainable Showhouse. Your journey will begin with a self-guided tour of the newly and beautifully decorated mansion and gardens of this historic property, which have been refreshed and reimagined by top, local designers. Following your tour, enjoy a delicious  lunch and complimentary cocktail in our Garden Wing cafe as well as a presentation by special guest, Jane Beiles. Jane is an award-winning photographer often featured in the New York Times and is the sole proprietor of Jane Beiles Photography, a business called upon by the finest designers, artists and publications throughout the country. In her presentation, “Capturing the Soul of a Space,” Jane will share insight on how to make the most of every photo and create images to treasure.

Saturday Afternoon Showhouse Tour

Co-hosted by award-winning The Homes203 Team at Brown Harris Stevens and US Bank. Join us for the unveiling of the DCA’s Sustainable Showhouse and experience this once in a lifetime community initiative. Stop by anytime between 2-5pm for a a self-guided tour through the newly and beautifully decorated mansion and gardens of this historic property, which have been refreshed and reimagined by top, local designers. Enjoy complimentary cocktails and lite bites with our co-hosts in our Garden Wing cafe.

Sunday Showhouse Tour and Jazz Brunch

Join us for a family-friendly Sunday afternoon as we proudly celebrate the unveiling of the Sustainable Showhouse at the DCA. Your day will begin with a self-guided tour of the newly and beautifully decorated mansion and gardens of this historic property, which have been refreshed and reimagined by top, local designers.
