Skyhunters in Flight: Birds of Prey Demonstration Returns to the DCA!
Come on your own or as a family for an up-close look at live owls, hawks, and falcons from around the world, with Master Falconer Brian Bradley. You will see some of these trained athletes in flight, so join us for an informative, entertaining and action-oriented program for both adults and children (age 3 and up).

The event will take place on the DCA’s expansive front lawn, so bring a blanket. And why not continue your afternoon by enjoying the features (perfect for children) of our adjacent four acre DCA Bird Sanctuary and Nature Trail? See photos from last year’s event below.

A great event from so many aspects. I loved ‘meeting’ these beautiful birds, learning about how
they are trained and seeing them in action.

Our 2021 Skyhunters in Flight: Birds of Prey Demonstration was an Amazing Experience!

Over 120 adults and children came out to experience the informative, entertaining and action-oriented program that Master Falconer Brian Bradley and his live owls, hawks, and falcons put on Sunday, October 3, on the DCA front lawn.

Just wanted to write a quick note to say how much we loved this event! So cool and catered to all ages. Was just the right amount of time and info for all! Thank you and look forward to more fun at the DCA.

Brian Bradley has been an animal trainer for over 20 years. His passion for the outdoors and birds of prey began at the age of 14, when he became an apprentice falconer. The love of raptors and a desire to educate others about these magnificent creatures led to the creation of his Skyhunters in Flight program.
