Last year over 110 spectators came to the DCA in November for an up-close look at live owls, hawks, and falcons from around the world, with Master Falconer Brian Bradley and his wife, Teddy. We are thrilled to welcome Master Falconer Brian Bradley and Teddy back to the DCA on Sunday, October 1st.

“We thoroughly enjoyed the Birds of Prey demonstration at the DCA. It was truly good fun for all ages. We learned a great deal. Bring them back again next year!” – Jon

Fun Fact from the Event:
Peregrine falcons are the fastest member of the animal kingdom. It’s no wonder, their bodies are built for speed. While cheetahs can run up to 70 mph on land, peregrine falcons can dive at a speed of over 200 mph – as fast as a Formula One racing car can drive.

Brian Bradley has been an animal trainer for over 20 years. The love of raptors and a desire to educate others about these magnificent creatures led to the creation of his Skyhunters in Flight program.

Just wanted to write a quick note to say how much we loved this event! So cool and catered to all ages. Was just the right amount of time and info for all! Thank you and look forward to more fun at the DCA.

A great event from so many aspects. I loved ‘meeting’ these beautiful birds, learning about how
they are trained and seeing them in action.
