Flower Arranging Workshops

Flower Arranging workshops are designed to help you try something new, and find a creative way to express yourself. You’ll learn a new skill and walk away with an arrangement that you can be proud of, to use in your home or give as a gift.

The workshops are led by Allie Callan, a Darien resident and experienced floral designer from the New York Botanical Garden certificate program.

Upcoming Flower Arranging Workshops

Flower Arranging Workshop: “Preserved Flowers”

Small delicate arrangements will be constructed from real flowers. They will never need water because they are either preserved or dried.

We will be using a variety of plant material in different colors and no two arrangements will look alike! This workshop will be limited to 15 people.

Enjoy making your own arrangement with the guidance of Allie Callan, Darien resident and experienced floral designer from the New York Botanical Garden certificate program. Materials will be provided; please bring your own hand clippers if you have them.

Autumn Jewel Tone Arrangement

We enjoyed making our own arrangement using autumn jewel tone flowers with the guidance of Allie Callan, a Darien resident and experienced floral designer from the New York Botanical Garden certificate program. We constructed a centerpiece and a tussie-mussie.
