Join us for a Chef’s Tasting Dinner and Demonstration in our commercial kitchen. Come and gather around the island and enjoy a savory and flavorful menu expertly prepared by a chef from Coromandel in Darien. The meal will also be thoughtfully paired with selected wines. This is an intimate dinner & cooking demonstration and can only accommodate 18 guests.
Indian cuisine uses the whole palette of flavors – spicy, sweet, sour, and heat – all at the same time to create something that wants to jump off the plate!
Come sample a savory and flavorful menu prepared by a chef from Coromandel in Darien, and get tips on how to recreate these dishes at home. The menu will include a soup, a main course, and a dessert. The meal will be accompanied by selected wines.
