Chef’s Tasting and Demonstration with The Goose

The Goose American Bistro and Bar is a beloved mainstay of downtown Darien. Classically trained executive chef Piergiorgio Nanni has created a fall tasting menu perfect for the season, which will delight your taste buds. Enhanced by the chef’s choice of wine, you’ll enjoy these courses and also hear his tips on making them:
- Butternut squash bisque with apple crisp
- Salad with arugula, endive, radicchio, grape tomatoes, fresh apples, cranberries, pistachios, almonds, gorgonzola cheese and truffle vinaigrette
- Apricot glazed salmon and fall vegetables
- Bread pudding with caramel sauce
