The Bride’s Room has traditionally been used just for brides on the big day – and it looks the part. Overlooking the formal garden, the room is comfortably furnished in light blues (“something blue”) and ivory, with a full length mirror, private bathroom, and settee for the helpful bridesmaids or mother. A gorgeous bride would then be able to glide down the staircase to her wedding below.
During the week, this room is a favorite for literature and Mah Jongg classes, showing the flexibility of this lovely space. Accessible to guests through an elevator or the staircase.
