This famous work is believed to have inspired Oscar Wilde’s Picture of Dorian Gray, as well as Sigmund Freud.

Cooking Essentials classes are designed to make the home chef’s day-to-day cooking and entertaining more gratifying. During each 2-hour class, Paula will demonstrate basic to advanced cooking techniques, including essential cooking methods and tools.
