How to Live to 100 with Dr. Edward Schuster
Tuesday, June 2nd, 2015
12:15 - 2:15pm
$10 DCA members, $15 public
According to Stamford Hospital cardiologist Dr. Edward Schuster, there are only 105,000 centenarians in this country (and 80 percent of them are women).
Dr. Schuster would like to help increase that population, by sharing tips on how to live a long, healthy life. Advice will range from suggested activity levels, hours of sleep, types of food to eat, how to fend off common diseases like Alzheimer’s, and whether or not to take vitamins.
Will you blow out candles on your 100th? Join us to make sure you’re on the right path. Luncheon will be provided by Carolyn’s Absolutely Fabulous Events.
Prepayment is required by noon on Monday, June 1st, and can be made at dariendca.org or directly with the DCA at firstname.lastname@example.org or 203-655-9050.
We are sorry but registration for this event is now closed. Please contact us if you would like to know if spaces are still available.
