Certified Home Chef Paula Nusslein leads Cooking Essentials - Roast & Bake in Clay and Earthenware at the DCA on Tuesday, November 19th.

Learn this delicious cooking technique for roasting meats and vegetables in clay and earthenware - beautiful for oven-to-table serving, but this method offers other benefits too. (Yes - cooking methods and recipes used in this class can also be applied to metal and glass cookware.) Handouts will include all material and recipes presented in class. Class ends with a group discussion, bonus recipes, and homework; students will also receive a 10% discount for Cooks Nook in Norwalk. Prepayment for this class is required..
