Exercise classes


Dora Mercede leads this mildly aerobic exercise class, popular with seniors, and designed to tone and strengthen muscles and increase flexibility.  Many moves are adapted from Pilates, yoga & dance.  This class is a lovely way to greet the morning, complete with standards from the American songbook and classical music in the background, and the formal garden visible through French doors.

This class has been cancelled indefinitely.
